Your customers don't care about this...

It’s me again.


Was talking to a business owner a few months ago. We covered something you’ll find interesting.


She was asking me to go over her landing page to see if she could improve it.She had every single detail. Took me a solid 10 minutes just to scroll through it. She deserve a medal, honestly.


So she talked about all the preparation she put into it with her business coach, and asked me: “what do you think?”


Then I had to tell her with a heavy heart: “There’s lots of room for improvement, and this could convert better!”And here’s the thing.Wasn’t the fact that the page wasn’t designed well. Or that it didn’t cover the bases on what’s included in her program.


But here’s where almost EVERY business owners goes wrong:We care more about our stuff than our customers actually do.


WE care about how much work we put into it. WE care about the expertise we have in said area. 


But our clients? They don’t really care. They don’t care HOW it works, they care IF it works.


Your landing page should prove one thing and one thing only; my things works and here’s proof of it.


Forget the minute details. Focus on showing them that YOU get RESULTS.
